Torqueo Zebrano Exclusive
The Torqueo Zebrano Exclusive is a full size expression of Torqueo’s T-34 idler drive concept, finished in striking Zebrano hardwood with bold grain and deep gloss. Built to order in Italy, it uses Torqueo’s pulley driven idler mechanism with an external high precision motor, massive bearing and high mass plinth so the mechanical noise floor drops away and you are left with explosive dynamics and rock solid timing.
Beneath the sculpted plinth a CAD designed mechanism, machined from gunmetal bronze, non magnetic stainless steel, instrument grade brass and high grade aluminium alloy, is calibrated to extremely fine tolerances to minimise vibration and rumble. The Zebrano Exclusive can be supplied pre drilled for a wide range of classic and modern tonearms, and comes with Torqueo’s Cu 2900 copper mat and an external power supply, making it a visually dramatic and sonically authoritative centrepiece for serious analogue systems.
